Mixpanel has a very well designed slider, with smaller steps on up to 25k and then it increases in 10k steps.
It also shows how much you would save monthly by switching to the annual billing option as well as showing the total amount save when the user chooses the annual billing.
Finally, if the user chooses 100k+ MTUs the form gets disabled and the user is prompted to contact the sales team.
